To prepare for the cleaning, most customers like to vaccuum. Please remove all clutter and debris from the floor to make as clear an area as possible. If you are moving furniture, make sure that is completed prior to the appointment time; if you will not be moving the furniture the technician will clean around it.

 

Please have your coupon printed out or available to show on your phone. Also, as you offered, we will need to use your parking spot for the van on the day of the appointment.

The technician will make an assessment of the condition of the carpet upon arrival, make his recommendation, and go over the options with you if steam cleaning is not the process the carpet needs to be cleaned. If stain removal or deep shampoo process are required he will give you the amount of the additional fee at that time. As stated in the terms and conditions of use of a coupon, there will be an 

additional fee if stain removal or shampoo solution are required. The additional fee for a space like you're describing would likely be approximately $65-$125.

 

Also as stated in the fine print, available parking is required, so the van will need to be able to pull up in front or near to the entrance of the building and park. If you can offer the van your parking spot, that would be acceptable.

 

The next available appointment on the schedule currently is Sunday, June 10, 12-3 arrival window. Would you like that spot, or would you like a few other options?

3) I have a junior one bedroom apartment that was last steam cleaned 6 months ago.  I would like the hallway, small living room area and small bedroom cleaned.  The living room area is small, and has some visible stains.  The hallway and living room is more highly trafficked than the bedroom.  This is not a move-in or move-out and there are no pets.

 

4) There is street parking very close by or I can move my car and you can park in my parking spot
